Propane Services and Plans
Our unique lineup of plans is sure to have something something to fit your needs.

Budget Plan
This is a great way to simplify your bills. By utilizing your average gallons used for the prior heating season and multiplying those by the projected price of propane we determine a total cost for the season. That total cost will then be divided into ten (10) equal monthly payments.
Scheduled Delivery
Often referred to as our "Keep Full" plan, this plan is great for those who want to take the worry out of keeping track of their tank levels and usage. With this plan we add you to a local route, monitor your tank and fill your tank when it makes the most sense.
Propane Contracting
SynEnergy Partners is also pleased to offer several propane contracting options for your residence, farm or commercial heating needs. Contracting offers our customers the opportunity to prepay a portion or all of their anticipated propane needs in advance of the winter heating season.
Summer Fill
Our annual summer fill program typically runs from June 1st through August 25th. Historically this program has provided consumers with the lowest pricing of the season. In addition to low pricing, our summer fill program allows the customer to choose from two payment options.

Propane FAQ's
Here are some of the most common questions we get.
What percentage should I be at to order propane?
Ideally the best time to put in an order is between 20% and 30%. This gives time to get you on the schedule for delivery before you run out.
What distance does my tank need to be from my house?
Different tank sizes have different requirements. A 120 Gallon can be next to the home but must be 10 feet away from ignition sources. 250's, 320's, and 500 gallon tanks must be 10 feet away from home and ignition sources. 1000 gallon tanks must be 25 feet away from homes.
What is an interruption of service and why do I need a leak test?
An interruption of service is classified as any circumstance where propane stops flowing from the container to the gas line of the equipment. A leak test is the only certified way to determine the system is operating as it should and is required after any interruption of service.
How do I know where my line is ran?
Generally speaking, most lines are ran in a direct or straight route from the tank to the home, however it is best to have a technician come onsite to check with the line locator to be certain.
